When clicking on a strain to view its details, show below the ST line:

  • ST alleles: MLST_detailed variable

Or show all in one line, e.g.

  • ST 1 (4-2-2-1-3-4-2) where (4-2-2-1-3-4-2) are the alleles related to e.g. ST 1 (just making that up).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
