Bug - Created at reports a date later than the other dates
Summary
Whenever we look at a specific job, the Created At field reports a date which is later than the other dates.
Steps to reproduce
Go to any job details page.
What is the current bug behavior?
Reports incorrect date as the Created at value.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Report the correct Created at value.
