The transfer crashes if the directories don't exist already on the sftp server.
Steps to reproduce
On the first transfer, if the directories are not correctly set, the transfer will fail.

What is the current bug behavior?
Error message and the transfer tool stops if the directories don't exist.
What is the expected correct behavior?
We automatically create the directories when we setup the SFTP accounts, therefore the transfer-tool will not crash.
